Welcome to the Molecular–Quantum Light Interactions Theory Group

The Molecular–Quantum Light Interactions Theory Group, led by Dr. Anael Ben-Asher in the Department of Physical Chemistry at Tel Aviv University, is dedicated to advancing the understanding of molecular interactions with quantum light.

Our Research Focus

Our group's research delves into the intricate dynamics of molecular–quantum light interactions. We aim to uncover the fundamental principles governing these interactions and explore their implications in quantum technologies and chemistry. With a multidisciplinary approach, we investigate the potential of quantum light in revolutionizing molecular dynamics and spectroscopy. Moreover, we are interested in studying metastable states in chemical reactions and bridging non-Hermitian quantum mechanics and open quantum systems theory.
